As a parent of a teenager do we really know what teens want for Christmas?
I have 3 teenagers aged 13, 14 and 17 and this infographic by Ebates caught my eye.
I am somewhat surprised by their findings and wonder if you are as tuned into what your teens want as you think you are?
What we think they want?
- 41% of parents thought teenagers wanted a games console
- 37.2% thought they wanted clothing or shoes
- 24.7% thought they wanted the new iPhone
- 21.6% thought they wanted sporting goods
- 18.% thought they wanted jewellery
(Well I hope the above things are the things what teenagers want for Christmas because I have bought something out of each of these categories)
What teens want for Christmas actually is
60.4% said they wished for clothing and shoes

35.4% hoped for accessories ( jewellery/bags/scarfs)
